 Amazonite (or Amazonian stone) is considered a calming and balancing stone, in shades of aquamarine green.

 According to legends, it was a stone used by the Amazons, the mythical warrior women of Ancient Greece, descendants of Ares, god of war, and the nymph Harmonia.
